We’ve partnered with the innovative team at Artlink to solve their biggest challenge – how to be able to sell art items on cruise boats when there’s no signal offshore. The studio’s solution to mitigate this pain point was a tablet-based application operating as the end-to-end platform for the staff members to pursue a deal.
The complex application we designed has a comprehensive set of capabilities to support the art selling process, including imaging functionality for customers to evaluate item’s fit in different spaces and offline e-commerce solutions. To design an optimized solution most relevant to Artlink’s unique needs, the studio has conducted user journey mapping exercises and interviews with prospective users of the platform.
