ISO is an established global platform that matches international students with the best insurance for their needs. Applying for insurance is a forms-heavy process, which led to the understanding that the objective of our work is to create a simple, light and user-friendly flow, that will differentiate ISO and create a world-class experience.
We’ve designed a responsive website and focused on adjustments of the different screens, with primary emphasis on the transition between devices – due to our discovery that most engagement is done via mobile yet purchases are mainly completed on desktop. Another critical component in the new website design was on self-serve capabilities, to optimize user experience while minimizing administrative toil. To do so, the studio emphasized the content and clarity of FAQs and other educational material.
